IMPORTANT NOTES

  • A completed registration of at least one author as presenter at the Conference and payment received by April 30th 2023 are required for the entry of an accepted paper in the Conference Program and the Book of Abstracts.
  • ISPA Members/Non-Members registration includes access to the conference sessions, conference material, daily Coffee Breaks and Lunch, Opening Ceremony and Get Together Reception, Closing Ceremony, Farewell Party/Dinner.  Pre-Conference workshops and social activities (e.g., City Tour) available for an additional fee.
  • Student registration includes all aspects of the registration package above except the Farewell Party/Dinner which is available for an additional fee (50€).
  • Accompanying person package includes conference material, daily Coffee Breaks and Lunch, Opening Ceremony and Get Together Reception, Closing Ceremony, Farewell Party/Dinner. Social activities (e.g., City Tour) available for an additional fee.

* Proof of paid ISPA membership for 2023 should be sent by email at: info@easyconferences.eu. If you do not have a current membership, click here to join ISPA or renew your membership.

** Student Registration requires a valid documentation proving registered student status (student’s ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) should be sent to: info@easyconferences.eu
The student registration category is exclusively for individuals who are currently enrolled in a doctoral or graduate program at the time of abstract submission, or who have graduated from one in the past academic year.

*** National Associations are partners or sponsors of the event, i.e.  Associazione Italiana di Psicologia (AIP), Ordine degli Psicologi. 

How to Register

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).
