How to register and pay for an event.

Deadline: 17 June 2023
You will need choice one tour and register filling up a reservation form with your personal details and credit card. At the end of the registration period if the tours are confirmed by a minimum of participants, we will automatically collect the amount from your card and send a confirmation voucher.

Bologna city tour
Discover Bologna in two story-packed hours so you can experience the porticos, monuments and towers, wonderful viewpoint of what UNESCO has defined the best-preserved medieval center in the world.
Length: 2 hours and a half
Itinerary: Piazza Maggiore, San Petronio church, Piazza della Mercanzia, the ancient market area, Archiginnasio, Via de’ Carbonesi, Piazza Santo Stefano, Due Torri (from outside), the Clock Tower

Taste of Bologna – food walking tour

This tour will allow everyone to discover the gastronomy of Bologna with a walk inside the market, the real beating heart of local specialties. You will do 4 typical tastings and discover all the anecdotes about Bolognese food! Bologna by night tour
Enjoy Bologna at night, the city smoothly enlightened takes on a particular charm, its monuments become magical and colorful. The lively areas around the historic district show a different aspect of the city.
Itinerary: Piazza Maggiore, Two Towers, Piazza Santo Stefano, the University and the Jewish district.

The tours will be confirmed upon registration of a minimum of participants as specified on each tour description.

Please note that these activities would NOT be organized specifically for ISPA participants, but participants would have a 10% discount code on their reservation (discount code: ISPA23)
The discount code is valid from one week before to one week after the conference. Participants can select tours / experiences they are interested in, make their reservation and pay online.
There is no specific deadline, it is usually 48/24 h (depending on the chosen tour) before and confirmation varies depending on availability, but there are usually almost no problems with reconfirmation. Clients receive the confirmation voucher at the same time as payment.
